So the question is how do you we define change or better yet how do we promote positive change while avoiding negative change within our lives. Change normally involves stress which most people connotate with a negative desired effect even those who have promoted change will remember the stress involved and question why? But for the Leaders it’s apart of life. So how do we manage stress???
